There is an additional Mandatory Assessment Consultation Fee at the time of registration. This includes an initial metabolic test and a suggested personal fitness plan.

BASECAMP Membership

Come relax in altitude & recharge your metabolism

Your BASECAMP Membership includes:

  • Consultation with a personal coach on best approach for training recovery or injury recovery.
  • Weekly Check-ins with Personal Coach
  • 4,6 & 12 month plans include 1 metabolic testing- RMR every 8-10 weeks, to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Monthly supply of all-natural Unicity Unimate and Balance

Each session is enjoyed in the comfort of one of our lounge chairs and will be experienced at the desired altitude via hypoxic generator, elevation/O2 % will be set by one of our fitness professionals. BASECAMP is part of our Health & Weight Loss Program.

BASECAMP Serving as the resting/healing area, the place to get ready for the next steps in your physical and health living lifestyle. 

BASECAMP is a restful tent space in a true mountain basecamp style, with a modern elegant convenience.

Need a realistic training plan for your next adventure?

Book a private consultation with Ema Dantas and she will help you draw a realistic training plan to achieve your next adventure goals.

She will share with you her real life experience of summiting the 7 summits (8) in less than 5 years becoming one of only 124 Canadians and the 1st Portuguese Canadian person to complete that feat.

Together you will work on a plan that works for you.
