How It Works

Training at simulated altitude is comparable to training in the mountains.

It stimulates the production of erythropoietin and this hormone stimulates the production of red blood cells. More red blood cells helps enhance muscle endurance, increase power and performance output, improve cardiovascular VO2 max, boost metabolism and burn calories up to 72 hours post workout.

This controlled environment training is provided in our high altitude training studios.
